The next Democratic primary on March 10 includes a state where 10 people have died from COVID-19 in a single week -- a sign the 2020 election cycle will not be left unscathed by the contagion that is now sweeping the globe. 

The coronavirus is making its presence known on the campaign trail. So far, state officials plan to go forward with elections that will result in hundreds of strangers standing in line next to each other.
